You will need to submit your CV, matric results, as well as a short recording stipulating why you would like to work at Genius. This is followed by a psychometric test, and then a subject test to assess your eligibility for tutoring in your chosen subjects. After completing these, you will then be called in for an interview. You will then need to write a policy test which is followed by a meeting that overviews this test and allows you to practice the order in which a lesson is given. Finally you will give a supervised lesson that is overseen by an already employed tutor, then you will sign your contract and then you are ready to get to work.
