Quite an intense, fast-paced work environment that requires the ability to "pivot" when changes are made. However, a great amount of support will be provided by your fellow colleagues and the management team.
Work at Genius is very fast-paced. We expect quick communication and team work to solve problems before they occur. The training process is a whirlwind and you find yourself on the ground, tutoring, in a matter of days. Additionally, tutors are expected to deliver work of the highest standard and within defined time frames to create a seamless, pleasant tutoring experience for the client.
Fast paced, but lots of support is provided.
