Collaborative and Dynamic Workplace

Genius Premium makes you feel at home. We are very particular about punctuality and value fulfilled commitments. I have learnt so much about myself in the short time I have been here and I am positive I will learn more every day. The management is hands on, caring and understanding. The team are an incredible bunch of people and are very welcoming and willing to assist. I think the hardest part at the moment is figuring out the work-home balance, but that will come as I become more comfortable in my abilities. The best part is the dynamic nature of the job.

Engaging Learning Environment

A great place to test yourself and continuously improve yourself. These improvements can be career wise or personal either way you will reap the reward for it internally and/or via bonusses.

Very professional and caring workplace

Im curently in my training program and everyone has been helpfull towards me to reach my goals. Sofar i've learned that even in a workplace everyone is there for ach other and i learned that live doesn't give without hard work in return.

Great experience for growth

A work week is a simple and standard procedure of lesson planning and then attending your tutor sessions. The company is very well managed and any queries you have are attended to very quickly.It is so incredible being able to see a student over come challenges and improve their ability.

Productive and welcoming environment.

I have received valuable organizational and people skills during the short time that I've been with Genius. They have a well structured management system and ensures that everything us Genius Instructors do, we do to an optimal level. There's is a diverse culture in the Genius team and includes people from all sorts of different backgrounds. The most enjoyable part of the job is that us Genius Instructors are able to work part-time which gives us the ability to study full time and gain work experience if that is what you wish to do.

Compensation for petrol if you drive a certain amount of KM's while working.

Cons

Sometimes you're expected to drive far out for a lesson.

Team-Orientated workplace

Genius is very team-orientated and customer-orientated. It is all about relationships - between one another, as well as with clients and those around the client. The job is certainly challenging, but in a very healthy way. You have plenty of freedom in terms of setting your own availability. The team is very ambitious, collaborative and fun.

Workplace that emphasises growth

Genius has a wonderful, healthy working environment. All staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful. The company encourages personal growth and development. The pay is fair and there is a lot of opportunity to make extra money. There is also a fair amount of opportunity to grow in the company and advance your position.

Great Interviewing and Tutoring Experience

Genius provides a unique way of tutoring with really good rates. They allow you to interact effectively with students in one to one sessions. There is a very detailed interviewing process where they get to know you better as a person so you're not just an employee but welcome to the family.

The interviewing process is quite intense and long but it is most definitely worth it in the end.

Organised and great workplace culture

Seeing as I'm still an apprentice, I haven't truly had a typical day at work experience, however from what I have experienced, genius staff members are very helpful and friendly. The entire system has a great structure and is very organised, be it the portal or welcoming new people into genius. I'm a little nervous for balancing all aspects of the job such as lesson preparation, portal logistics, actual lessons, students etc. but I think genius will prepare me for it. I really enjoy the self-growth mindset that many members of genius seem to share and the communicative aspect to the functionality of the company.

Genius is truly a one-of-a-kind premium service. The company not only focuses on the academic growth of its students but also on their personal growth. The staff is welcoming, friendly and dedicated to providing the best possible service to clients. I have come to enjoy the preparation that is required to offer a lesson suited to the standards at Genius. There is a sense of mutual respect among the staff which creates a comfortable work environment.

Genius offers a great working environment, excellent training and ample resources and support. In return, they only take the best of the best. This is a very professional outfit, with management that actively engages with both clients and the tutors to ensure that everyone is happy.

Real commitment to excellence in all spheres.

Genius really focuses on creating a real sense of excellence. Customer service, collaborative working spaces, and the tuition itself are at such a high standard. I've leant a lot about working for a larger, high-paced tutoring company, and it it honestly such a rewarding experience to work with so many people who are deeply committed to excellence in education and collaboration. The hardest part of the job is definitely adjusting to the expectations of the company, but it is so rewarding. The most enjoyable part is developing yourself and developing the company. You always feel like a valuable member of the team and having the resources to develop the students to such a great level is incredible.

In my own personal experience Genius Premium Tuition stands high above any other tuition related company. The team is extremely friendly and always ready to help. It is perfect for students looking a part-time job, but also hreat if your looking at doing tuition full-time.
