Sometimes challenging though it is s good place to be

I have receive the best training while at Heineken, profesionalism is being practiced.I had great time in working with customers and understnding the culture of the company.

Fun and relaxed work place

The manager i had was cool, friendly, and the work was done without stress, and they appreciate their employees.And they let their stuff rest and their salaries also increas for appriciation of employees.

Absolutely great to work there and the colleagues are the best customer friendly always smiling and professional I feel there must be a transport for the field worker's cause some of us hade to walk long distance to get to their shop's and anyway the product South Africa love's it that's. Why is so great to work in the inviroment

Great job

It's a great company to work for. You get to meet colleagues who are supportive and motivating. In our team we where like a family. We'd know even our kids birthdays and we'd get together on weekends as friends and not as colleagues

Workplace culture

Heineken is a fast paced company that requires a person with a vision, the senior management team has an open door policy which makes you feel at home. This company is for people who enjoy team work and the culture is amazing.

If you are white and or afrikaans. Forget about it.

There is just too much. Constant tracking, fear of being fired. Openly racist towards white people. Car speed tracking. Strange promotions. Management styles are full of fear. Micro managing is a must.

I am hard worker

It is really nice working at Heineken, don't have much pressure. I work in safety place where I also feel very safe. We treat each with respect and I really enjoyed my time working at Heineken.

Workplace culture

Everyone in the company is transparent even the management, the work ethic is number one and the environment is good. At Heineken you always learn new things, they really take care of their employees and safety is very important in that workplace.

Working at Heineken, was enlightening as people was eager to learn and adapt to changes. They put their first step forward. There is a gym and free lunch as well as 2 case of beer a month.
