Every one works well as a group and there is a real sense of team spirit which allows for productive work to take place. As a intern I was given a lot of responsibilities which gave me opportunity to learn and grow.
My typical work day consists of discussing issues with the technical staff and taking customer calls with various requests. I address technical queries related to outstanding work as well as outstanding payments from customers. I look after regions with several hundred pieces of coding equipment. Initially when i began working at this company, i learnt to work on a basket of assorted equipment, including Clever sleeving machines. I have traveled abroad many times for both training, repairs and factory acceptance testing. I have employed many staff members, i have had to sometimes let go staff members, for various reasons, but i am proud to say that i have played a key part in developing people and skills, and helping them to become more efficient in their respective careers, as well as enlightening them in their respective career paths. The hardest part of the job is learning the differences between people, in order to manage them effectively, to achieve their best performance. The most enjoyable part of the job is feeling at home with the company and fellow colleagues, and not being fearful of making mistakes, in the conquest of gaining knowledge.
