Work hard, low pay
It's a company supported by a culture of hardwork and lots of stress. No means of growth or advancement....depending on your role. You may end up leaving within a short space of time if you are unable to cope with stress

Great company to work for
Included traveling to power stations, having meetings with the clients and doing plant walk downs and reviewing schedules, working with people with in a diverse cultural work place was challenging but a good learning curve, management always expected the best and always pushed the teams to the max, the best part of the job was making sure that management and client were always satisfied with the services provided.

Everything one would expect from an engineering firm. Not good for creatives. a very structured system with no scope for variance. Still a great company to work for if you are logically inclined
