I have learned how to deal with a wide variety of customers, from the pleasant customer to the irritated. In every case, I assess their needs and how Howden Africacan address them most effectively. I have learned to be good at understanding the psyche of the customers and hence knowing when to identify opportunities to sell services to the customer. The majority of my customers have walked away feeling satisfied. More importantly, they have returned to do business with us again. so its a great place to work for

no long hours of work
Included traveling to power stations, having meetings with the clients and doing plant walk downs and reviewing schedules, working with people with in a diverse cultural work place was challenging but a good learning curve, management always expected the best and always pushed the teams to the max, the best part of the job was making sure that management and client were always satisfied with the services provided.
