Nice place for work. Great team and helpful supervisors.High turn around due to the industry fluctuation.Good for career startup for young professionals. Some of the management changed in 2019 and went to work for a competitor in the same industrial park.Corporate culture.
Micromanagement, oldfashion way of working. The company needs to update there ERP system. Since private aquaty took over the company the only thing that matters are shorttime $. Loss of focus on the real value of knowledge.

Management is very disorganized, like to do things their way and will fight to have it done their way but are quick to point fingers when problems arise. Shop Supervisor has very little leadership experience and is more focused on getting an office than the flow of work on the shop floor, also doesn't have a lot of fabrication experience either. Shops dirty and cluttered and at least 1 crane is broken at all times
Included traveling to power stations, having meetings with the clients and doing plant walk downs and reviewing schedules, working with people with in a diverse cultural work place was challenging but a good learning curve, management always expected the best and always pushed the teams to the max, the best part of the job was making sure that management and client were always satisfied with the services provided.
