Firstly I would respect my stuff so i earn their respect.
fix my atittude so i can build a strong team and to make our customer's happy so we can beat a year target.
when the shop target go well then i give stuff more hours so they can get enough money for their family remember others are bread winners.My advice is to keep our customers feel happy and not to wait longer in the store.
I would create a powerful team and always making sure that our customers are happy with our service
I would like to improve a serve and be quick make sure everything is possible
I would create a playing ground for children and drive through for cars.
