I Will advice him/her to implement new strategies differ from the previous ones
The CEO must make sure that the management is not poor and the person who is in charge of a particular store must not cut hours of the employee and send wrong ones. And also pay the employees according to their working hours. The CEO also needs to make sure that employees recieve safety clothing like trousers and safety boots.
