Working for Hyatt was my best experience ever. They take care of their employees, they let us to prove ourselves, give us more free training, promotions, and take care of us as family. During Covid-19 they gave us incentives so that we can take care of our families. I love Hyatt and won't mind to work for them until my retirement age.
Pros
Free, lunch, breakfast and dinner. Family day outings team building, celebrating our people, birthdays and anniversaries.
Cons
We get paid for overtime, or more day off.

The staff at Hyatt is very friendly and they make work easy and enjoyable. The amazing part about Hyatt is that if you have a problem you are able to have someone to rely on because even the Human Resource department has an open door policy.

Deadline driven and fun working Company
Creditors Clerk (Former Employee) - Rosebank, Gauteng - 21 March 2018
Working at Hyatt was fun. We worked in a small finance team of six comprising of five ladies and one gentleman. I was a creditors clerk report to a Creditors supervisor. My work was accurate and l always met the required deadlines, which were mid month and month end. The only challenge were the repetitive tasks and no room for growth as the finance department of a hotel is usually very small.
Pros
Free lunches and team building activities
Cons
Repetitive tasks

Good to learn/train and excellent teamwork ethics
Trainee (Former Employee) - Rosebank, Gauteng - 2 January 2018
A typical day at work starts and ends with a smile. no matter what is happening, the team bands together to resolve any problems and complete every task. I learned proper time management skills and how to be humble as people no matter their position, deserve respect as you need one another to complete the tasks and strive for quality. The management team do not look down at you as they believe in team work and will assist with any problem that you are unsure with. The work culture includes a family mind set and ensures that all their staff feel happy in his/her position.
Pros
Free breakfast, lunch and dinner
Cons
The work load depends on the season (Corporate)
