Typical day at work is to meet with team lead first thing in the mornings to find out what is priority. Was product able to get shipped & if not why, then to make sure my shift continue in getting products out for our customers. Assign work for operators, making sure productions are complete & shipped on time. Hopefully there would not be problems like tool issues, shortage of workers, etc.. If all go'es well, contracts are met and production is done & sent to customers.

Great place to work
While IBM was once a company to aspire to, now it is just a dinosaur trying to stay relevant . The stock is at an all time high but it is all smoke and mirrors. 19 quarters of revenue loss really tells the story. The only thing it has going for it was the work life balance but they are eliminating any work from home or summer hours. The management is not smart and there is no career development. They are trying to hire younger workers but I would say beware!
