IBM overall a good company to work with. Job security is there but management is worst here. They harras people and there is no HR policy or any higher authority to Supervise this

It's a pleasant experience working with IBM but the only problem is management doesn't somehow value their employees personal life health and work life balance.
Handling, documenting and solving, basic technical issues for fellow IBM'ers, in an effective and timely manner as prescribed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Provide remote infrastructure support delivery and performing problem cause analysis.
Collaborate with fellow support colleagues and other internal organizations to provide best support service.

it was great, enjoyable, comfortable. i would surely recommend that place to every one. salary was also good, only problem was shift rotation and weekoffs.

The work culture is quite pathetic and harder. I used to even work on weekends on my managers tantrums. He used to butter me a lot for working on weekends while overtime compensation was quite good. I used to take 70 to 100 calls a day. It was one or two odd days when We got just 5 to 10 calls. Once in a bluemoon the management may appear very friendly to you..but it's only to get syou wo

Best place to work in India if you are looking for flexibility in your work schedule, When other players in the industry turning micromanagement - such as 9 hour swipe in policy, it is only IBM where you get 100% flexibility, I can firmly say that no one in the industry today can offer IBM’s level of flexibility
Good work place, management is supportive. You have to jump from account to account to stay in the company. It will help to network and be proactive to find other opportunities.
IBM was my first company so it was nice experience for my professionalism with MNC company. I learnt lot of things their. My manager he always ready to help me in every situation related to my studies and my personal issue he always ready to hear us.
I was part of the german language process. the shifts are flexible and rotational also the transport provide is horrible, too much wait time and also travel time is more
LEARN DIFFERENT QUEUES AS PO AND NON IN IBM
• Processing returns and credits entries on time along with invoices.
• Processing of different types of invoices like PO Invoice, Non-PO Invoice in ERP database.
• To ensure correct and complete approval authority before posting invoices for payment.
• Reviewed match invoices with correct entity
• Process invoice and generate for payment as per payment terms
• Reversal and correction of posting.
• Research invoices and discrepancies
• Contacting onsite partners for clarifications on clearing the items.
