- A typical workday is 12 hours if not more based on workload for that day.
- A solid relationship between employees has to be maintained to stay up to date with what is happening.

- I have learned the value of a client and the most valuable thing a client can give you is time. In return you have to give something of value back.

- I enjoy the challenge that changes daily that keeps me being busy all the time.

- The most challenging aspects would be meeting deadlines. They can be delayed based on missing information.

Poor management, too many processes and policies which makes tasks and projects inefficient and non profitable. HR unhelpful, extremely demanding working conditions. No salary increases, no company year end functions or team building.

This is an advanced organisation in terms of automation. I enjoyed being part of the various teams, good for new entrants who want to see big computing and learn how industry runs.

Start early in the morning and busy for the entire day. I learned a lot from IBM and can only have good comments. Management not always what could be expected but no complaints. Co-workers communication good between co workers. Hardest part of the job sitting in the traffic. The most enjoyable part of the job worked a lot flexible hours because to be in service delivery manager is 24 / 7 and always available to the customer

My co-workers is great and we have good teaming. The hardest part of my job is to get through all the internal related documents while the customer has demands

Typical day at work, early morning reports to be done to see what the incidents look like from the night before.
What I learn every day is that although my title is the service delivery manager I learn all other fields everyday because i'm interacting with all the teams on a daily basis ensuring that outstanding issue's and concerns are being addressed,

Management drive your career and ensuring that you have to ability to study if not in a college then on line but there are always online training that can be done on a daily basis

The co-workers are all professional and know what is expected to do the job.

The hardest part of my job is being responsible for SLA and OLA that other teams are accountable for.

The most enjoyable part of my job is to see the customers happy and praising IBM for a job well done.
Pros
mobile, own laptop and can work from home if there are no meetings at the office
Cons
long hours any time of night if an issue arise you need to be available
