Demotivating and toxic
It's just Horrible worst 3 months of my entire life ,, it's just toxic and not a great environment id never advise anyone to go there no matter the desperation

Productive, challenging, learning curve, great work experience
Good working environment. Employees are well taken care of. I remember year 2015 I was heavily pregnant & lost my mom. I managed to get 1week off to prepare for my mum's funeral & my colleagues even came all the way from Durban to Pietermaritzburg.

Horrible management and team leaders
They are selfish and treat people with no respect They offer the lowest basic. They make system issues the agents fault. Not somewhere to work if you wanna grow.
