Only 1 day off extra hours and sundays no double pay Good place to work at if u no your job Also good incentives if u work well management is good and friendly
Pros
Good incentive
Cons
Extremely long hours
They are selfish and treat people with no respect They offer the lowest basic. They make system issues the agents fault. Not somewhere to work if you wanna grow.
Only work at ignition if u are a sales person and can sell a customer something that they cant see . You need to be a calm and tolerant person because when the manager is under pressure the team leader is furious and when the team leader is furious then the sales agent teams to be under serious stress
Pros
Free gifts from Huawei occassionally
Cons
If i dont hit target u staying in after hours
Just meh. No company culture whatsoever with the worst management you could possibly imagine. Company pays the bare minimum for every position. Would only recommend if one is really desperate for a job.
Great place to work at
Had no issues with the staff
Very vibrant and upbeat atmosphere. Would recommend young people who is just starting up in life
Wont recommend due to incompetent management and the salary treat staff like beggers and hold their jobs over their heads if they disagree. Not a good experience do not value their staff aswell as exploit them
This company has been paying people a basic of R2750 since the early 2000s and never thought of increasing it. Their commissions are not even that high but they expect employees to work extra hours for nothing
It was such a great working experience with lots to learn.. You have to outspoken always have answer like more of a quick thinker. The working environnent is good, clean and enjoyable best company ever
Its a good company 2 work for only thing working late on a Wednesday, sales was a little stressful but data cleansing was a very nice experience and you worked to get a target and good environment
Pros
Paid on time
Cons
Working late on a Wednesday
ignition had never been a good working space for me.
from fellow agents right to calll centre managers nepotism ruled.
alot of gossip was encouraged and work was not of main priority
The environment is not that bad its just the management that brings the company name to shame they definitely do not know how to treat their agents with respect they just swer whenever they feel like our opinions do not matter to them at all they can be very racist at times even make us work overtime yet we don't get paid for working overtime I wouldn't recommend a friend nor a family member to work ther
Only one break which is only 30mins, for the whole day and you finish wrk at 6pm,ridiculous in treatment of staff, scream at agents, dnt even pay you for accumulated leave days, even if you apply leave it will be declined. Deduction on salary,
You start your job, after training, you have to pay for headset 1st month salary 900, worst management
It's been a nice journey. It's a nice place. Nice people. Good work environment to start work and grow.
I love the work atmosphere it's been a good experience working for ignition.
I love the environment and it is amazing when the team works together in order to achieve a common goal which is our target and to make sure that all our fellow teammates are good in any way possible.
fun and exciting and the team leaders are great. also they have very nice incentives and you do get rewarded for the work you put. they have great shifts that may suit your lifestyle.
They play with people they only offer other races positions in the company. Its very difficult to make sales because of the previous experience the customers had with them
Working hours were sportageous. They only wanted to make money didn't care about their staff. Had to work on weekends even on your day off. Empty promises and no growth within the company.
my experience at ignition was a horrible experience and would not advise anyone looking for a job to go looking there. I am a qualified facilitator and have trained in many call centres but they told me I was under qualified for the position where as they have trainers that don't even have the qualification
Pros
free wifi
Cons
long hours, under paid and team leaders that are not qualified
Ignition is a lovely company to work for good management skills , great working hours very vibrant atmosphere.. However I am chasing money and looking for better income
Pros
Extra lunch breaks commission based
Cons
Looking to grow within the company
The Environment was a fun one even though some people felt as if it was a lot of pressure, how ever it is workable if you can deal with pressure. And if Ever there are any misunderstandings it was addressed in the proper manner.
