Ignition is a fun place to work at because of the people you work around. Sales employees are usually hyper and sales driven so there is never a dull moment and salary is great and the incentives too.

The Environment was a fun one even though some people felt as if it was a lot of pressure, how ever it is workable if you can deal with pressure. And if Ever there are any misunderstandings it was addressed in the proper manner.

Do not go to ignition if you have experience, that place is like a leech they just suck the life out of you. The people are nice, the team leaders not so nice.

They are selfish and treat people with no respect They offer the lowest basic. They make system issues the agents fault. Not somewhere to work if you wanna grow.
