Good company to work with lot of commission .the problem is presure there is too much presure but ther's lot of fun aswell.you are able to build yourself and become a better parson

my experience at ignition was a horrible experience and would not advise anyone looking for a job to go looking there. I am a qualified facilitator and have trained in many call centres but they told me I was under qualified for the position where as they have trainers that don't even have the qualification

They are selfish and treat people with no respect They offer the lowest basic. They make system issues the agents fault. Not somewhere to work if you wanna grow.
