Only one break which is only 30mins, for the whole day and you finish wrk at 6pm,ridiculous in treatment of staff, scream at agents, dnt even pay you for accumulated leave days, even if you apply leave it will be declined. Deduction on salary, You start your job, after training, you have to pay for headset 1st month salary 900, worst management

Just meh. No company culture whatsoever with the worst management you could possibly imagine. Company pays the bare minimum for every position. Would only recommend if one is really desperate for a job.

My first day at ignition was so hard,had no idea how to manage myself.I learnt that hardwork does pay off.The management team were at times hectic but were all in all good at what they do.The vibe at work was amazing and tghe beautiful,young,vibrant co-wokers made it a perfection.I enjoyed the incentive programs alot.The hardest part is the marathon shifts.

They are selfish and treat people with no respect They offer the lowest basic. They make system issues the agents fault. Not somewhere to work if you wanna grow.
