Horrible management and team leaders

They are selfish and treat people with no respect They offer the lowest basic. They make system issues the agents fault. Not somewhere to work if you wanna grow.

A very toxic working environment

Just meh. No company culture whatsoever with the worst management you could possibly imagine. Company pays the bare minimum for every position. Would only recommend if one is really desperate for a job.

Not a peoples company

Wont recommend due to incompetent management and the salary treat staff like beggers and hold their jobs over their heads if they disagree. Not a good experience do not value their staff aswell as exploit them

it is a very stressful enviroment that doesnt encourage growth but rhather gossip

ignition had never been a good working space for me. from fellow agents right to calll centre managers nepotism ruled. alot of gossip was encouraged and work was not of main priority

I wouldn't recommend ignition to anyone

The environment is not that bad its just the management that brings the company name to shame they definitely do not know how to treat their agents with respect they just swer whenever they feel like our opinions do not matter to them at all they can be very racist at times even make us work overtime yet we don't get paid for working overtime I wouldn't recommend a friend nor a family member to work ther

Worst company to work for, they treat you unfairly

Only one break which is only 30mins, for the whole day and you finish wrk at 6pm,ridiculous in treatment of staff, scream at agents, dnt even pay you for accumulated leave days, even if you apply leave it will be declined. Deduction on salary, You start your job, after training, you have to pay for headset 1st month salary 900, worst management

Production working environment

Ignition is a lovely company to work for good management skills , great working hours very vibrant atmosphere.. However I am chasing money and looking for better income

Not a fun working environment

There's place to grow in the company but the management is just terrible..the hours are ridiculous and always changing and the CMs seem to take their position to their head and don't approach agents in a professional and well spoken manner.. There's a lot of screaming and a lot of moments were you are embarrassed in front of everyone for not being on target..

It was just bad

Do not go to ignition if you have experience, that place is like a leech they just suck the life out of you. The people are nice, the team leaders not so nice.

Productive and Target Driven

A typical day at a contact centre would be to ensure that my team is striving to meet their daily target set out to them. Assisting them when they are experiencing triouble's eg: System Problems. During my time at the company i have met and worked with a lot of people with different personalities learning from others as well on how to effectively work together with my team and collegues on meeting targets that have been set out by management for the month. Management works in a very fair manner ensuring that all levels of management is treated fairly and disciplined accordingly when needed. The hardest part of my job is having to let a member of team go or see them leave especially after watching them develop and grow. The best and most enjoyable part of my job is the excitement and dedication that i see in my team as we strive as a unit to reach our goals as well as seeing each one of them prosper in life as they reach their personal goals.

The working environment is good, too much pressure though but all in all with as little time i spent with the ignition family i learnt a lot in terms of customer service n call center management even though the basic salary couldn't meet my needs

Great work atmosphere

My first day at ignition was so hard,had no idea how to manage myself.I learnt that hardwork does pay off.The management team were at times hectic but were all in all good at what they do.The vibe at work was amazing and tghe beautiful,young,vibrant co-wokers made it a perfection.I enjoyed the incentive programs alot.The hardest part is the marathon shifts.
