Not a fun working environment
Sales agent (Current Employee) - Umhlanga Rocks, KwaZulu-Natal - 9 January 2019
There's place to grow in the company but the management is just terrible..the hours are ridiculous and always changing and the CMs seem to take their position to their head and don't approach agents in a professional and well spoken manner.. There's a lot of screaming and a lot of moments were you are embarrassed in front of everyone for not being on target..
Pros
Good incentives and salary
Cons
Long hours and poor management

Productive and fun
Sales Agent (Former Employee) - Durban, KwaZulu-Natal - 30 May 2018
It is very fun yet demanding at the same time. with that being said I also believe if one is focused and determined nothing is impossible. Very vibrant working environment and is actually good if one is strong individual emotionally especially as the targets can get to one at times.
Pros
lots of breaks
Cons
