I just loved the expirience of working as a team and the job we were doing..Otherwise the pension fund is good, medical services and insurance.
Mechanical Assistant (Former Employee) - Rustenburg, North West - 31 January 2020
Like I have stated above about expirience and future benefits it's all good but the problem is salary and development, there is no development there and killing us especially young people who still has the desire to learn or study feathur ..When you are in a company you expect to grow and be developed, hence we know that hard work pays...So its painful to work hard and get no reward, you are sweating for nothing

Fun loving enviroment
Procurement Officer (Current Employee) - Rustenburg, North West - 20 February 2017
Fun worming environment but the salary is on t good,no available courses for developing people. Working for a medium to big sized company is fun,I enjoy the stability of working for a big company but for me now, there's no space for growth. No available courses.no promotion's happening. We wait for someone to die before you are promoted.
