working for innovation is a great experience,in terms of meeting different people daily.its a huge company that administer policies for different companies,so i have learned to deal with different personalities through the company.my managers have good personalities always willing to go an extra mile and always remanding us that as customer care consultants we are a teem.
However working at the call center is a challenge,every minute counts,no holiday only 30 minutes of lunch break. dealing with different attitudes from customers daily.pile of admin work.
The best that i have learned is to multitask, to be patient with customers,willing to go an extra mile and offering further assistance.improvement on typing skills and communication skills

I learnt a lot as a claims administrator and co-workers were helpful, hardest part was clients but due to training given was able to handle them. It was fun
