I started at Isabella Garcia 7 years ago, thinking it would be a "stepping stone" to better things, only to find that the "better things" were actually right there. I started in as an Internal Brand Representative and later moved to an administrative position after which I had 4 promotions and raises. I keep on learning and growing and can't see any reason for leaving. I am still here 7 years down the line, and have no plans to go elsewhere.

When you are on a commission base there are set hours which are very reasonable. There are however perks likes leaving early once you have reached your target. When I was on a commission salary I found that my working hours were very much in my hands - the more dedicated and focused I was on the task at hand, the shorter my working hours became. Many of the departments also have flexi time to help promote a healthy work life balance.

The main thing is that you should be able to read/speak English. If you pass the interview try to calm down your nerves during training and you'll be fine.

Do research on the company and the type of job.

Long training for a month. If you make a mistake the management sit next to u for the whole day and they fire you immediately. The script does not work so it gets stressful. Three months probation.

One online interview, followed up with 2 practical tests, and 1 online C# test.
