Kfc was a fun place to work at the only issue waa the staff members and level of discrimimation and gossiping amoungst team members.there needs to be communicatipn skill and team member workshops inorder to improve the environment especially with different race and age groups

Tiring

Working there was so stressful. Its always hot during summer, smelling that meat everyday was horrible at first. The pay is penuts. Got to leave for greaner pasture.

Stressful and demanding

i have nothing much to say besides that you need to be extremely desperate to hold on to that job. I enjoyed it nonetheless because it's an experience I'll take with me forever

Best place to work for because they customer maniac and what i like the most KFC is like a step ladder to success they value their employees and promote with in...They recognize and understand the needs of the employees with constant respect.

. To served customers, provided advice and assistance, and ensured sales targets were achieved. Ensued that each customer received outstanding service by providing a friendly environment

I am really welling to work at kfc again

Good day im hard working person.and im very good in communication .i started working at KFC OT TAMBO 2005 the the owner moved me to Carnival city. It was very good.i enjoyed working there till i resign because of a family matters.the staff was like a family to me.thanks

Kfc taught me a lot about team work and good customer service

I have learned to work under pressure, because our store was most of the times busy and we had to make sure that customers receive their oders on time. Not being able to to reach targets was the most difficult part of my job, whereby customers don't buy food from our store especially in the middle of the month.

Salary and hours

I worked more than 8 hours a day. At that time, I stayed with my siblings. The salary was not enough to feed my siblings. That is why I applied for another job.

At this company I was happy since day one at interviews. And that one week test we wrote was very interesting..and I passed..went to the restaurant i

Everyday it's a busy one..cleaning restaurant in and out..taking good care of customers..you will be preparing food..and serving the costumers with a big smile

It was nice working at KFC because i now know how to handle people if they have issues like personal issues

KFC if you work there you need to be clean and your working area you need to clean each and every second and be able to stand all your hours while you are in work also be able to work as a team

It is very fast paced on month ends as many customers que the line to buy food. This job is relaxed during the middle of the month. The salary is not that big

Interesting Colleagues

The company culture is that of individuality, where each person is able to contribute in their own specific. The style of work is fast paced and intense, in which when trying to please a client- one must work long hours. The management is good and competent. The company is structured well and the individual teams work well together.

Working in the environment where by u not appreciated

It's a stressful environment and there's pressure,u should be willing to work long hours and weekends,they provide training so that the team can be alligned about their expectations when dealing clients
