You must be effective, Fast learning, team work and you have to be able to work in all areas. You have to know all the stations by heart because they just place you any where. Always be on time. Manage the tasks given.

Fun place to work at.very challenging and the staff we work as a team.

You have to be a team player to work at KFC.Its a good company to work at.I don't know now,we used to receive staff meals everyday if you're on duty.

Pros

On our lunch we received free staff meal consists of 2pieces of chicken and a roll.

Cons

We worked 8 hours, if its overtime we worked extra 4 hours on you're shift and its payable.

They did not care about the Team members

The Mabilo is a company that I will never work for they don't care about the Team members and the use the management team to treat the team members very badly

It was a good experience to add on my hospitality experience

The work environment was amazing though the salary was fluctuant it was 45/48 hours per week which we didn't even know our rate ... You step on the wrong shift supervisor's shoe your hours get cut but it was work all in all salary is king

You have to work hard and stay focused everyday

I enjoy doing my work and I love it it's just that I don't get time to rest am always at work I can be off from work once a week. Working environment is good there's team work, unity , trust and love.

Fun work place

It was a great experience working at KFC,but I feel that there is a lot that management need to do to keep stuff members happy, like introducing incentives for best performing workers and be objective when selecting the winner of the week. Remember a happy worker equal to a happy customer.

Productive place

You are free when you at work, do things at your own pace as long as at the end of the day you achieve all your targets. The pressure that comes with job is interesting cause it helps one to be focused. No one is forced for the development part, it takes focus, determination and knowing what you want in life to keep going. Its a fun place to be at, sometimes!

weekend is very productive

I enjoyed to work at Kfc and it was great place to work and i thank goodness of their management and environment was safely day and night mostly i love their procedures

interaction with store managers and other employees, conducting individual development for supervisors and staff member who are eligible for promotions . recognition of staff on achievements at store level. challenges encountered changing staff mindset to minimize absenteesm and abscounding .

Is great but i wanna explore and earn a little

KFC is fun and it makes one to be committed and focus,you learn a lot when you are at KFC it treats it's workers well and with respect and they make sure that everyone is happy and well.
