The system I work with I'd very huge and to master the basics can take one about 8 months, there is always something new you learn everyday. The people are very helpful and management tries to motivate employees all the time. You get to communicate with clients everyday to sort out any issues they might have on the system.

Good work life balance

Working at KCS was good. I Just did not like the hybrid model and growth is very slow. However, the work culture is good, fair bonuses, reasonable increase and management is not toxic.
