Our Culture

With the merger of Keurig Green Mountain and Dr Pepper Snapple, we’ve brought together two iconic companies to create a unified business with a fresh approach to the beverage industry and the size and scale to achieve things not possible separately. We have a family of brands with the ability to satisfy every consumer need, anytime and anywhere – hot or cold, at home or on-the-go, at work or at play. And we employ a passionate, high-performing team that strives to seize opportunities for sustainable, long-term growth.

Team First

Our people are the heart of our business, which is why we offer robust benefits to support your health and wellness as well as your personal and financial well-being. We also provide employee programs designed to enhance your professional growth and development, while ensuring you feel valued, inspired and appreciated at work. Innovative ideas come from a diverse workforce, and KDP is committed to both. Just as each of our brands brings its own personality to our product portfolio, each KDP employee brings his or her own unique set of experiences, perspectives and background to our business. KDP is embracing those differences to drive rapid change, inspire innovation and better connect with our customers and consumers. KDP is an equal opportunity employer, nurturing diversity of thought, perspective and background. We encourage our leaders and employees to expand their understanding of cultures through our cultural awareness workshops and by working cross-functionally to solve business challenges.

Corporate Responsibility

It's our ambition to ensure our beverages make a positive impact with every drink, and our Corporate Responsibility approach comes to life through Drink Well. Do Good. Our work is centered on four areas where we believe we can drive the most value and impact as KDP: Environment; Supply Chain; Health and Wellbeing, and Communities. We’ve established a unified set of ambitious Corporate Responsibility goals that reflect our initial commitments as a Company and our vision for the future. To learn more about all of our goals and efforts, visit our Corporate Responsibility section of our corporate website. KDP Coffee Source Trips Each year, approximately 60 teammates participate in our KDP Coffee Source Trips to coffee-origin countries – such as Brazil and Colombia – to connect with the people and places where our coffee is grown. These aren't just coffee buyers or tasters — they're team members from any department and location where we operate. This unique experience infuses all areas of the Company with respect and love for our coffee products, the people who produce them, and places they live. Our participants have the opportunity to meet the families who grow our coffee, understand what they do, and witness the impact of our work and relationships at the source. This program is a great opportunity to foster our coffee education and build functional expertise. It’s more than coffee… it’s an experience of a lifetime!

Keeping Our Employees Safe & Healthy

At Keurig Dr Pepper, the safety and well-being of our people is our top priority. This extends to our candidates, as well. While we are pausing in-person, onsite interviews at this time, we are continuing recruitment efforts in many of our departments. Please continue to apply online to our available positions and if selected to move forward in the process, we will communicate next steps for a virtual-based screen or interview.

Drink Well. Do Good.

We recently published our second annual Drink Well. Do Good. corporate responsibility report, which features the announcement of new science-based emissions reduction targets to support our commitment to addressing climate change. In addition to the new climate goals, the report highlights on track progress and milestones achieved against KDP’s corporate responsibility commitments, focused on four key areas: environment, supply chain, health and wellbeing and communities.
