It was good working at Lear i have learnt to work in a fast pace manner in order to finish my work in time without any damages
It was very difficult to work at Lear first you have to rush time in order to make your tagert secondly you have to be always make sure the line doesn't stand because of you so it was quite difficult but i managed to produce my target in time and quality was my responsibility all the time
Packaging and making sure your working station is clean. Assisting in other areas of the business assisting with stocktakes and to ensure everything is 100 percent accurate before it is send out
your do your start-up start your days production always something new to learn in production management planning on point there are different cultures working together as a team when you push for production when production is finished early
I would like to grow and get more experience in the campany i do not like to same thing over and over again
I am a hard worker that i know, but as an empleyee i need to get more experience and grow in the campany, i would like to do other jobs as well so i can get exposed to everything that is going on within the workplace
The place has a very tense atmosphere, everyone is on edge. A culture of being miserable and paranoid about what night get you into trouble seems to be very much encouraged. When dealing with disputes or disagreements no objective view is taken, the lower you are on the hierarchy , the less likely you are to be treated fairly. Overall, it is the worst place I have ever worked at.
Job wasn't difficult at all because I have qualifications for Warehouse. I manage to introduce issued to production sticker to separate wip from warehouse stock. And assist on Rebate Book for customs. Warehouse wasn't safe when going down to check stock and I was injured because of that.
Respect your job at all times and be punctual put 100% effort everyday. Make sure you always share ideas on how you can improve the working inviroment.

Is Indeed your favorite place to learn about companies?
It is a safer place to work . Supervisors and team leaders are friendly they are always there to help you there are more lunch times and the is no problem for you to use the ladies room like people who are pregnant and who have diabetes .Managers are always on the floor to check safety and neatness .
I was an operator dedicated to my job, working very hard but was never recognized nor appreciated .They believe in quantity not quality putting people under pressure at all times and I noticed that they don't have skills..
Stressful and productive place to work at. A very fast paced environment with a lot of daily challenges. The most enjoyable part of my job is my colleagues. People really care about each other and they work well together.
no weekend work
can get stressfull at times
Management team very supportive. Although the environment was demanding, it was satisfying. Pity branches are closing down in South Africa ( no job security). If you want to get your foundational knowledge in Supply Chain, this company is great to work for. Due to the instability of this company in S.A., do not set your sights on a long-term career (but when you are working there, give it your all, as this company is great).
The Company doesnt have good Management..they are all raisists .they dont care about black peoples lives health..people are get killed there. No health and safety
