Great company just get a proper contract
My experience was a really great one, the team I worked with and the agency I worked through was brilliant the only thing would advise that I found out only later (even if it is a temp position) put all the terms & conditions in writing what is expected from you target /per day, hours etc especially if you are dealing with time constraints Because you find yourself sitting in a position we you slaving away and when it comes to getting paid ooops no one said more than stipulated times but thank you for getting us up to date you can also leave.

Toxic Environment for me.
I enjoyed working in the Unit at the beginning but after only few months, challenges emerged. Tried my utmost best to resolve but had no chance. Basic right of employment are ignored that's what I observed and senior staff was accustomed to it. Highest turnover of nursing staff was a red flag for me but I persevered until I left. Would not recommend it to any person I know. Honestly.
