Life is an exceptional experience for me and it's competitive type of jobs

Mind opener and vast experience especially if you are an Occ health practitioner. Visiting sites and onsite medicals enhance your way of assessing and clinical care.

fun place to work in

team work is what is practiced mostly by the stuff. that is one thing I've learned most that you dont just look only at your job but focus on the people that your there to serve. the hardest thing is that you don't take break intervals or lunch as other companies but you get used to that as that is the culture there.

Pros

team building sessions.trainings

Cons

the long hours and the lunch not being taken

Fun and productive

Daily capturing of invoices, ensuring all equipment is in working order. Efficient team work can give the greatest results Most enjoyable part was Month end reporting , getting to analyse and report back on the financial results for each business unit Hardest part was seeing that there were no opportunities for advancement in the region.

Production driven

Life health care is a very good company to work for. Very helpful in improving your work skills. The salary, however, don't match the workload and level of ecpertise. If they change their salary level, and pay the workers right, this could be a lifetime job.

Pros

None

Cons

Low salary range

Hard work, but job satisfaction guaranteed

Time-management is essential, for you to be able to perform your daily duties timeously. Interacting with colleagues and patients are the best part of the day. On-the-job orientation and training was provided and enjoyable.

Strong driven workplace

The best part was learning and improving my skills. I was given the chance to learn what i wanted to, The hardest part was when i wanted a transfer to Pretoria and could not find one due to relocation. My typical day at work was communicating to different people and hard work, leaving work satisfied. I had support from manangement as they where only a phone call away.

Good in terms of experience but no good worklife balance

A busy workplace, no good organisation of work, underresourced facilities, no good work-life balance. Good salary with no benefits. Otherwise the job itself is rewarding with more experience gained on a daily basis. Good work relationships with colleagues and clients.

Pros

training encouraged

Cons

busy workplace with frequent long working hours.
