It is fine if you don't care about employees, it is not a part of the contract but don't pretend you do or try to brainwash people into believing you do.

Learn to hold management accountable for their responsibilities and duties towards the company and their team.

More stringent process on who is chosen for management roles to avoid toxicity and to ensure representation. There should be a process to remove managers who compulsively and relentlessly add toxicity to the culture over time as young employees will emulate their leaders and make matters worse. Having severely toxic managers is irresponsible for a young business, duh. Stop turning a blind eye to bad behaviour from your managers and take them to task. If you are taking them to task in private, ensure the victim is aware so that everyone knows how to treat each other and how to expect to be treated.

Work-Life balance (not just talking about it but taking active steps to ensuring it)

Listen to your lower level staff and actually take action instead of just saying that you will.
