What is the interview process like at lovisa?
I was called for an interview, the venue was changed 3 times on the day of the interview. The interview was at a coffee shop and a group interview. I applied for a permanent position and so did the other girls but we were only told after we got the jobs that the position was part time with a much lower salary and will only be called when needed.
