Lupo require your full commitment, its a high pace company that allows self development, but it will take initiative from yourself as a individual. The company is process driven, given that its services the food industry with emphasis on health and safety, with high quality output, cost effective final product, its a highly competive market that Lupo Bakery compete in.Preventative maintenance is part of the day to day operation, and require careful planning
Quality Controller in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal

The company expects you to work overtime with no pay. Supervisors never listen to QC making it difficult for you to do your job. Managers pass down their jobs and take credit, little to no respect from them. The fault is never theirs. Production workers are the best. I just wish they got paid more and recieved benefits for all the hard labor they do. The company just wants to make money and cares very little about their employees. They don't even buy them PPE boots or jackets for cold environments like the freezer.
