Qc
Long hours, don't pay overtime. Require one person to do a lot at times. Environment can be toxic. Work six days a week and shift work also. Deal with a lof of incompetent people. Production Manager in Gauteng

Lupo require your full commitment, its a high pace company that allows self development, but it will take initiative from yourself as a individual. Overwhelming
The company expects you to work overtime with no pay. Supervisors never listen to QC making it difficult for you to do your job. Managers pass down their jobs and take credit, little to no respect from them. The fault is never theirs. Production workers are the best. I just wish they got paid more and recieved benefits for all the hard labor they do. The company just wants to make money and cares very little about their employees. They don't even buy them PPE boots or jackets for cold environments like the freezer. Oven machine operator in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
