Great place to start out your working life. Lots of fun but hard work as you have to be on your feet the entire day, helping clients constantly.Pay is good for someone just out of school. Best place to work when it comes to retail.

I worked at the CW branch for two years and formed a very close connection to my colleagues. The atmosphere is lovely, very interactive and very in-depth. Management was great and always available, plus their pay rate is +- 30% above the average. Would definitely recommend working there.

Long hours, not great if you have little kids that need your presence.
A great first job for people without much financial responsibility. The company makes it a point to hire people who are looking for experience. Once the excitement of working for the brand wears off, you notice that you’re working long hours and earning peanuts (R25/hr = 1,5USD!!! Shocking!) which is very exhausting.

Salary was bad and never came under review. There was no HR to support workers or listen to their need. Issues always became personal and lack of communication and direct conversations led to hostility

In store manager was lovely and always made work manageable and was always supporting staff.

Long hours. Bad pay. Lack of leadership. Personal conflict.
I was called for an interview and was told to visit them again for a follow up. The second meeting was cancelled duebto staffing issues but was told to learn the products.
Few weeks later after following up was told that the position was filled internally. No feedback was given as she forgot.
Branch Manager salary ranges between R12000 - R15000.
