Yearly but it is selective. If the Manager likes you, you will get an increase not related to the work you produce. Their performance assessments are also rigged because it is determined if you are liked by the boss and not on your work. (Personal pedjudice). No proper measures in place. Not a nice environment to work in, people are highly unhappy there and are only staying for their salaries. Its a sad place.

It is flexible and positive. At times too flexible that the poor managers can have a little more influence than they should.

Not very direct influence from Executive management to keep middle management accountable. But there have been management changes since then.

Just a fairly nice chat. we just sat down and had a fairly quick chat about my CV, experiences, etc.. Nothing too strenuous which was nice. It was good and I'd recommend, don't be stressed.
