Sales Consultant (Former Employee) - Durban, KwaZulu-Natal - 7 February 2018
Mango 5 taught me a lot. About being money hungry they the training they offer when starting it so great. And it actually paid for great team leader. They make you feel at home. A very vibrant place to be and no dull moments when it comes to fun and making sales of the company.i will recommend anyone to work for this company because when you come out from it you actually gain so much knowledge and it becomes easier to work for other call centre and customer service places they teach you telephone intequite and how to actually handle a computer
Pros
Free lunch an gifts
Cons
Long hours but they pay well

Quality Assurance Manager (Current Employee) - Durban, KwaZulu-Natal - 28 February 2017
I assess the quality of the work coming out of the QA Department, Turnaround time with regards to sales being verified, Process and turnaround time with regards to feedback to the Team Leaders and agents regarding their sales calls, Ensuring that Data captures are up to date in creating authorization numbers and case Id's, Ensuring sales are running smoothly where systems issues and quality issues are concerned.
I have learned that working hard, having patience, good time management, planning and perseverance is the best way to get your job done. Management at Mango 5 is well structured strong men and women that stand united. It has a family culture, dependable and accommodating. The hardest part of the job is when you find an employee guilty of an offense and you have to go through a hearing and dismiss them. When an agent meets target or gets 100% Quality.
