vibrant workplace
omnilead generating agent (Current Employee) - Airport Industria, cape town - 30 May 2017
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by Indeeda typical work day at Mango5 is being resilient while working a 1am-11am shift and pushing to reach your target all while trying not to fall asleep on the calls and dealing with rude Australian clients ( which is the hardest part but taught me to be patient and how to handle and approach the situation) .
The most enjoyable part of the job is the extra incenives that we can work for. \
Management is also open to suggestions especially when it comes to extra incentives and how to make the environment fun at work considering the hours.
Pros
no working on weekends and uncapped commission
Cons
salary does not match the long hours worked

The sunken place
Agent (Former Employee) - Cape Town, Western Cape - 22 August 2018
Well they give you sweets to keep you awake and making that money. So almost like a sweat shop. Like if the magic of Disney land was powered by the sweat of children running on bikes underground in terrible conditions
Pros
The money
Cons
The thick veneer of happiness confetied on the hour everyday

Great company to work for!
Agent (Current Employee) - Airport Industria - 13 August 2018
Mango5 is one of the best, vibiest, and most cutting edge call centres in Cape Town. There is always a buzz, lots of fun activities for the staff and managers, friendly people and good support. As with any company, there is a bit of politics and drama, but it is what you make of it, and if you can take up the challenge, be mature and hard working, and have a positive outlook on life, this can be a very rewarding company to work for!
Pros
Daily cash incentives, online courses, medical aid, transport for late shifts
Cons
Long hours on Thursdays.
