Increase the salaries they are so not reasonable I just lost interest in working for Macdonald's their salary is very unreasonable
Respect ur imployers and managers together with the team workers
They should treat crew with respect and stop discrimination
Crew should be treated equally
They should let the crew have different break time. Each one
They should value their crew and give them some raise and they should give provident fund to the crew and they should provide them permaneny positions
Know that customer are always even you know they might be in the

They must treat their employees equal n try to increase the salaries
