McDonald's I can say was one of the best franchise companies I had worked for there you where given the opportunity to grow, they never shy away from teaching their staff about the McDonald's culture & they shared with us their success, the pay rate was good & there are benefits that cover you as their employee ,spouse & children should anything happen to you.It is a fun place to work for

Fun workplace

At first it is a great company to work for then agreements start to change. Pay is unfair due to franchisees. Night shift allowance is ridiculious

prouctive and fun enviroment

educational and fun filled day, I have learned people skills and how to run the business like it was my own generating prifit and managing the losses. My co worker are teram players everything we did was to achieve the same goal. Hardest part is dealing with nagetive people. My most enjoyable part of my job is doing everything to my level best and achieving the end goals.
