Fun experience for my first ever job, working hours took a toll once that excitement wore down. Grave yard shift was the worst, work did not equate to the pay received.Overall, I don't regret it, taught me alot about working in a fast paced environment.

I learnt that when you work with customers you should know the four recovery steps :1.listen to the customer. 2. Apologize.3. Solve the problem. 4.thank the customer. These steps help a lot with problem solving.
