If I did not need to relocate I would still be working @ Mediclinic. Miss it alot. You build not only great friendships but alot of character. Being in the work market currently I place alot of companies on a high benchmark. Medi clinic strives to maintain good quality care and it starts all behind the scenes with the staff. I have learned so much by working for this company.

We r like one big family ,,learning how to work in different departments ,different language and culture ,respect ,team work , having fun and praying together to achieve the same goal.

To work at mediclinic it was challenging but i gaind experience

At mediclinic i learned lot of things, working there it was best thing ever.And i will recommend for any nurse who want to gain experience.And there services that they providing is the best and olso they environment is clean.

New employee, great experience so far

The culture at Mediclinic is extremely positive. People work together as a team, there is transparency and great communication at all levels. As an employee I feel valued here and there has been no lack of effort from the company to show me the ropes and make me feel at home. My team and managers are a great bunch, we work hard but there is no lack of humor either. The pay is good as are the benefits. Because of the above I wake up wanting to go to work and give it 110%.

I need development

Mediclinic is a great company with satisfying benefits but one needs a change of scenery to meet new challenges i learned a lot in this company but when u a sick they a not sympathetic and they only develop or give opportunities to certain group of people mostly those without qualifications of positions and lastly theres still racial tention

It was a good experience I had at Medi Clinic, clean and hygenic environment. Enjoying to be part of the team Contribute to healthcare is good, Clean to prevent, not to contaminate Dealing with very sick people, need to be focused on cleanliness

Good induction programme. All staff on board and helpful. All doors are open. Great patient care despite massive daily overturn. Its a place where you truely work for you money like no other place

racist

The work environment is extremely racist and the only good thing there was the work salary and only a few people,very few people went out of their way to be friendly but other than that even most of the Doctors are racist

Health care worker

As a health care worker I give basic care to a person who has for example chronic disease .We take care of the patients physical need , bathing, feeding making sure they are in safe environment.

Loved medi clinic

I was a nursing sister there but had to go on retirement. I loved to work there. Management good. But fool no one. If you make mistakes you will be punished.

Company is very productive and client friendly Always assist where needed Clients and patients can always come back to the hospital if anything is unclear and our staff will then again explain eveyrthing and make them understand.

Learning experience

For the most part, the colleagues have been rather helpful and friendly, especially in my ward. I especially enjoy working with and caring for my patients

Need a challenge

I have worked for mediclinic for 5years still doing what I did few year back I need something to be excited to wake up for put a smile on my face a day.

I have bein a porter from 2011 till today and it seems im in one possition for long

The company doesnt have skill development i want to know whats happening with the skill devepment in mediclinic And the salary is very low The pressure is too much

Hardworking

Good day, Sir/Madam I would like to apply for the available position. I am very eager to learn and a fast learner. I love to work with people and have excellent customer service skills. I work well under pressure and if not knowing something, I would prefer to ask, as to do my own thing, I'm full of life and love a challenge. I've recently worked at a Software company, where I was a office Admin Lady, some of my duties were: Handling of ordering office supplies, booking of accommodations, Hotels, Vehicles, Flights, ect, handling petty cash, filing of monthly financial management documents, receiving couriers, operating the switchboard 39ext,receiving visitors, General staff queries, Overseeing the office cleaner, employee orientaion assistance, sourcing best prices and receiving quotations. Busy work palce

Work started form 6 to 6, 3 days on 2 days off I have learned administrative skills at mediclinic also with finances. If there was a problem it would be sorted out as soon as possible The most enjoyable part of the work was every now and then they would have a fun day.
