I called on agencies and clients direct. Assited in the development of two radio station website, worked out the rates for the advertising spaces. trained the radio sales reps how to sell online space as well as worked out the packages to cross sell on the mobile, online and radio platforms.
I learned how to capture my sales teams attention by presenting training with pictorial flow chart type training instead od the printed word.
Management were going through a trainig phase too as they had never dabbled in the online arena before.
My co-workers were a bunch with a can do attitude who excelled.
The hardest part of the job was instilling a value proposition for online advertising.
The most enjoyable was getting it right woth the analytics.
