As a financial adviser i don't stay at the office, i travel around recruiting people which is fun because i meet with different people, furthermore even myself i become wise when it comes to use my finances. The hardest part of this work is when you didn't meet the sales target for that particular month or some of the clients didn't pay their policies.

I loved the people I worked with but some managers were just unethical in their approach to staff members who they did not like and made it blatantly obvious that they would try and get them dismissed if they could .
Pros
Uncapped aalary after achieving minimum standards
Cons
Unfair manangement

After the new financial structure that implemented it was stressful. In the beginning business was good even though there was no basic salary you could see at the end of each month what you have earned.

Commission structure not too OK for me validating my basic is what made me stress alot cause your basic is what you fall on should you not reach your target which was not easy for me plus you get minus on your salary
