Working at Minopex Mozambique, was an awesome experience. Growth within the Company is limited, as experience & qualifications needed is set in stone
Minopex management is precise in their needs which is challenging and exciting at once. KPI's are given with clear understanding. Renumerations are limited but industry competative depending on the client-package/arrangements. Work and private lifes are fairly balanced as long as 'site-accomodations' (management/workers mixed) don't play a role
Typical day at work is working safe work smart and with respect I've learnt that you have to learn every day in Boilermakers how to weld how to cut to the perfect size
Very good environment. I learnt to work with a team, team work is the best thing to do. I learnt about time management, work ethic, safety of my self as well as my coworkers. The most challenging part was when we installed the big structures such as screens
Best place to work for. Typical day at work was fast paced and you needed to be focused on you work. I have learned that what you give you will get back, hard work pays off at the end of the day.
Bonus Payout once a Year
If you make a mess you stand alone

A typical day is as follows: • Perform rigging where heavy and technical lifting is required. • Execute inspection and maintenance of lifting equipment on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis according to the ISO standard. • Make sure that all lifting machinery and tackle is load tested and certified according to ISO standards. Very good company to work for the hardest part is the long hours and little free time including weekends. Culture is very friendly and helpful only engineer had a challenging personality to deal with but we got the job done. Well remunerated.
I started working at Minopex when I was still young and learned a lot and I have worked and various posts, its a nice company with nice people. My typical days was when the client want you to compile a difficult report and submit as soon as possible
