I feel I should leave as soon as possible as I have worked so hard and experienced no growth or development as a professional. I have worked so hard and they rewarded another guy buy giving him a higher post than me when he was only an intern and I had 5 years experience. They are unfair, unjust and they will never be held accountable or suffer any consequences for their illegal actions
