It is always a panel interview where there is always two representatives from the unions and three officials from the department the candidates is being interviewed for. What happens is that the HR officer drafts questions and possible answers and gives them to the panelists. An interviewee will be scored according to how best they tried to answer the questions. The best candidate will the candidate that scored the highest on the score-sheet. The successful candidate will be issued with an offer within a week after the interview. Unsuccessful candidates will be regrets notifications via email or sms.
