I have learned to work as a team and socialise easily, our management was working with us very good without pressure because they've trained us. It was a very busy place, every day you meet the new faces and I liked it a lot. The hardest part of the job was working night shift but I enjoyed working at Mr Price because of the management they have never been negative with me even if i had complications with the clients.
Has many opportunities to learn Meeting different people on daily basis Challenging when it comes balancing home life and work life Learning new things dailyKeeping us on our toes
Offer training, stuff discount, learning on daily t
Standing for long hours
Fun.hard working..excellent team players..fundays. Personally i had an excellent experience working at the Mr Price Group call centre. Salary was acceptable however there was incentives as well and Saturday n Sundays were time an half. You could opt to work tje weekend if it wasnt your turn which means extra money for you. However i do feel i was treated unfairly when my contract for a permanent position was declined.I do.believe there was alot of favouritism due to managers and agents been friends from.surrounding areas and contacts for job opportunity in the Call centre..Overall i would love to get back into the Mr Price call centre given the chance.
December long hours.
Gave them 100% of how the treat new members that dey approach always. And have time to teach them work also how to treat different customers dey meet.
There no extra lunches only time to make money
Short brakes helps so Dat u will have time to work
Very poor culture. Management does not have expertise for business neither are they professional. Seems to be appointed by having the right connections. I worked at Miladys who suffered from an identity crisis.
Poor management. High staff turnover.
Mr Price is undoubtedly the big company and Mr Price takes cate of the employees to the fullest taking into account the Covid 19 situation. The fact that no retrenchment has occurred and people are payed without any complaints says a lot about Mr Price.
Coffee / Tea free and sometimes lunches too.
The company has so many benefits, and it is easier to grow within the company. The company has an open door policy. Support from management is great you just have to relate to everyone for your things to move swiftly. But the group is very good.
