  • Team leaders must be considerate when doing a shift rooster . The team should never by any time feel that their team leader’s religion has an effect on the shift selection , not everyone lives close to Randburg so if a team leader will want to choose a 5am shift for 3 weeks in a row because he is fasting , that becomes unfair and unsafe for people who live their homes at 3:30am to make it on time to work
