The campany is not taking good care of their employees. No job security makes employees feel uncomfortable appreciated. They are basicly set for no longer term in the company

On a typical day at work you need to be focused and not be distracted by difficult customers.I learned to be patient and to handle pressure.Dealing with customers over the phone taught me how to handle different characters .

was a wonderful place to work and we felt to be part of the group, Well a good starting point for someone with no work experience. I would recommend young employees to start there.

-Typical day is when you come across a difficult client and you need to keep the spirit of the customer is always right and on the other hand follow the correct processes and still manage to keep the client happy. - In so doing I've learned that as an employee you need to understand the needs of your client and relate to their lifestyle and still remain assertive In decision making. -We learn about different cultures and belief and still be able to keep the spirit of Ubuntu in the work place. -Knowing what's right but still have to adhere to the policies that govern us is the most hardest part of the job. -The most enjoyable part of the job is doing what you love doing, assisting my colleques, resolving queries that my client's have within the given SLA, going the extra mile to ensure that my client's needs are met, and being a team-player.

As exciting as it is to work with customers, I would love the opportunity to work on my personal growth as well. I feel the need to change my career and find something more challenging.

Working for MTN is much fun,its a big company and growth is there,my only issue is the distance as it is in Roodepoort and i stay in pretoria. However i am learning a lot and the management friendly,i also like the diversity,the culture and the respect around the place
Pros
We do get free lunch every day and i think its nice.
